If you need to cancel your safari booking, the refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation relative to your scheduled safari date. Bookings canceled at least 15 days prior to the safari are eligible for a full refund, allowing our guests to make adjustments without financial stress. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be provided. Please note that bookings canceled within 7 days of the safari date are non-refundable, as we have already made arrangements and commitments to ensure your safari experience.

In addition to cancellations, we understand that sometimes guests may want to reschedule their safari due to changing plans. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability, and a nominal fee may apply depending on the date and season. We encourage our guests to contact us as early as possible to secure their preferred dates, so they do not miss out on the experience.

It is important to note that certain services or add-ons, including meals, merchandise, special experiences, or other custom options, may be non-refundable. Guests are advised to carefully review the booking details before finalizing their reservation to understand which items are eligible for refunds.
